Lucy has a long standing history of customer care having worked in education for 20 years, supporting 3,500 schools and their teachers, and most recently as receptionist at a specialist equine hospital. During this role Lucy coordinated both routine and emergency care liaising with clients, vets and other equine professionals.

Lucy is extremely proficient on reception and is always happy to help any Albert Road Patients with any queries they may have with her calm and friendly manner. We are delighted to have Lucy as part of our dental team.

Outside of work her two teenagers, dog Moss and New Forest pony Howie fill her days along with her passion for clay shooting and all things outdoors.
